With scalable geometric design and mirroring landscape, this formation generates harmonious and approachable relationships between infrastructure and the downtown Brooklyn community. Enclosed in this rock-like formation is a fully functional waste-to-energy incinerator, a recycling sorting center, and a public natatorium including two Olympic size swimming pools. It allows pedestrians to witness and educate themselves on the infrastructure of the city and celebrate production and play on a desirable site.
